We have prepared our recommended packages based on research for the average bin count needed.
If you’re unsure, select a package and then select a Large or Medium Bin Add-On if it makes you feel more comfortable. We’d rather you have exactly what you need — not too many, not too few.

We’ve made it intentionally simple:

1. Select your bin package and reserve online.

2. Choose your delivery date.

3. We deliver clean, ready-to-use bins directly to you.

4. You pack and move.

5. We return to pick them up when you’re settled.

No box hunting. No tape. No breakdown. No waste.

Nope.

Big Bins does not have a physical store and cannot accommodate pick-ups from customers. We deliver and we pick up our bins. We do our best to ensure the earliest delivery will be by the next calendar day.

For a fee, we offer same day delivery, but like why spend an extra $30 unless you really have to?

We’re sorry, but we do not offer storage facilities, and we do not move bins filled with your belongings.

Yes. When empty, our bins nest neatly inside one another for easy storage.
Once packed, they stack securely and evenly, helping you stay organized throughout your move. Clean lines, no collapsing sides, no overstuffed cardboard — just a smoother moving experience.

We understand that moving timelines don’t always go exactly as planned.
If you need additional time, email or text us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to let us know how much additional time you need.
If our schedule and inventory permits, we're happy to accommodate an extension and we'll calculate and disclose your daily extension rate at that time.
Note that the extension rate will be different from the late fee.

Finished early? That’s always a good feeling.
Let us know and we’ll gladly coordinate an earlier pickup if our schedule allows. Early returns don’t reduce the rental rate.

Our bins are built to last, but customers are responsible for lost bins or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

If something happens, we’ll communicate clearly and fairly. Our goal is long-term relationships, not penalties.

We provide zip ties with our plastic rental bins to give you an easy way to keep the lids securely closed. The bins have small holes designed for this purpose—adding a zip tie helps prevent the lid from popping open if the bin tips over, and it also offers an extra layer of protection against tampering during your move or storage.
